All projects are clearly specified at the outset and
will be agreed with you in a detailed 'Project Charter'. Ideally these projects are
positioned within your business management system – i.e. the means
by which you run the business. This ensures that every project sits within
a structured framework of improvement activity to ensure that it delivers
maximum value for money, rather than being a stand-alone, fragmented
initiative.

Where you do not
have a defined business management system in place for generating and
sustaining continuous improvement in their business we are willing and able
to share best practice with you – based on our own internal system RAPID™.
|

Irrespective of the work
we are commissioned to do, you will be
are offered
an intensive half-day workshop that is conducted with members of your
management (or business unit) team. In 2001 this approach was piloted by the
East Midlands Development Agency and subsequently became a key part of the
Aerospace Recovery Programme in the East Midlands following 9/11.
The half-day workshop generates
a high level and robust 'vital few' action plan within the context of a Balanced Business
Scorecard covering Customers, Employees, Market Share and Business Results
and is conducted under a strict non-disclosure agreement.
