Survey

There are two pitfalls to avoid in relation to determining customer satisfaction. The first pitfall is to do it through a postal questionnaire - and the second is to engage a third party specialist to do it for you.


Customer satisfaction should be determined from a face-to-face meeting as part of regular business activity.
